Payment Terms:
We are happy to accept your personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Credit cards can only be accepted on our web site. There will be a $25 fee charged to your account for returned checks.

DEPOSIT MAY BE FORFEITED FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

 (1) Cancellation. Deposits to reserve are non-refundable if you cancel. Or fail to show for the week reserved. However, if you notify us within 14 days of the contract date, we will be happy to refund your deposit.

(2) Evidence of a pet at cottage ( without prior approval )

(3) Over the maximum occupancy.

(4) Cottage left in an unclean condition. Campers, trailers and tents are not allowed on the property.

WHAT TO BRING: Please remember to bring:

(1) Bath towels, Beach towels, Beach Blankets, ( sheets, pillow cases, & kitchen towels are provided.
(2) Paper products for kitchen & bath
(3) Cleaning Supplies. We will have some in cabinet.
(4) Charcoal if necessary for charcoal grill ( small charcoal grill is available)

CLEANING:
Upon leaving the cottage, please leave the cottage clean. We will have a list upon arrival and posted in each cottage as to what needs to be done. If upon entering the cottage our staff finds the home to be left in a condition that needs to be cleaned, a
CLEANING CHARGE of $50 will be deducted from the security deposit. If there is excessive cleaning to be done, $10 per hour per staff person will be charged as well. This will also include soiled blankets, bedspreads, mattress pads and rugs. Please be considerate and help keep the beach area clean, as well as helping to preserve the take. Please place all cigarette butts in appropriate containers.
